Scope of Work

  • Permit Expediting & Submittals: Preparation and submission of demolition, right-of-way, and stormwater control applications through LADBS and associated city departments.

  • Agency Coordination: Liaison with the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety, Bureau of Street Services, and the Department of Public Works for site access and haul route approval.

  • Neighbor Coordination: Worked directly with adjacent property owners and businesses to mitigate impact, coordinate access, and document existing conditions.

  • Civil & Engineering Support: Collaborated with the project’s civil engineer to prepare grading and drainage exhibits, demolition phasing diagrams, and utility disconnect letters.

  • Inspection Management: Coordinating required pre-demolition inspections, environmental clearances, and field reporting in compliance with city and Caltrans requirements.
